Return Policy There are no returns or exchanges on Software if opened. If item is defective, it must be sent to manufacturer for exchange or repair. There is a 30 day return or exchange for sealed unopened software products. There are absolutely no returns allowed without proper authorization from educatedbysoftware.com first. Please E-mail support@educatedbysoftware.com for further instructions when requesting to return an item. If you are authorized to return your product, you may be eligible for a refund based upon the condition in which your item was received, up to the value of the product. We charge 20% restocking fees on returns and you will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.
Back Order Policy If an item is not in stock, we will send you an e-mail that it is on backorder. Contact us at support@educatedbysoftware.com if this is not satisfactory to you.
Shipping Policy We typically ship our items within 2-3 business days to prevent the risk of fraud. This protects both us and our customers. We reserve the right to ship an item as late as 1 month from the time of purchase if the transaction is suspected of being fraudulent. If a customer refuses to accept our policies or any of our terms, we must respectfully decline their business.
Damaged Goods Policy If the package containing the merchandise itself is actually damaged, do not open. If the merchandise is opened, it will not be able to be returned. Refer to return policy. Please e-mail us at support@educatedbysoftware.com if you have any questions.
